Build a Network

Build a Network

A central component of FFI’s change strategy is to seed and support a network of extraordinary interventions that generate better results for people left behind by mainstream resources. The purposes of the network are collaboration, peer support and learning, and connecting with people in positions of influence to raise awareness of what works.

By building a network of interventions and allies from a range of fields, we can–together–create change beyond the bounds of individual organizations. A network creates value at many levels, by:

  • Reducing the isolation of interventions that have a lot to learn from and give to others, but haven’t had a platform for doing so;
  • Reducing the need for individual technical assistance when interventions can support each others’ learning;
  • Creating a space for new connections among practitioners, thought leaders, academics, policy makers, philanthropists, and others, helping to shape a demand-driven, shared agenda;
  • Providing a sample for research and documentation of “what works” and a think tank for policy applications;
  • Amplifying what works by demonstrating that Full Frame/Five Domains work can happen in many contexts and with many different kinds of leaders.
