Hear from Full Frame Initiative founder and CEO, Katya Smyth, about the Full Frame Approach and the Five Domains. Learn how the Full Frame Initiative and our network partners and allies are making it more likely that those failed by mainstream services are able to participate in interventions that work.

On Saturday, October 14 Harvard’s Phillips Brooks House Association honored Katya Fels Smyth with its “Outstanding Alumna” award. With a focus on social justice, the student-run PBHA promotes social action and community involvement, at Harvard and beyond.

FFI Founder & CEO Katya Fels Smyth led a June 23rd webinar on Leveraging Social Networks in Social Services, co-sponsored by The Foundation Review and the Association for Black Foundation Executives.

Description:
In the push for evidence based practice, is it possible that funders and human service providers are overlooking — or even impeding — one of the most important forces for people’s health and well-being? Katya Fels Smyth of the Full Frame Initiative and Audrey Jordan, an Annie E. Casey Foundation loaned executive at Lawrence Community Works, will reflect on the power and potential of leveraging social networks and the implications for foundation practice. Both will draw in part on their experiences with the Boston Rising Fund.
