We’re so glad you are interested in knowing more about the Full Frame Initiative’s exciting Learning from What Goes Well Project!
We are currently seeking three teams in California, made up of 5-8 people each who are interested in learning new ways to address domestic violence and other forms of violence and oppression in their own communities by starting with what is already going well and what is actually working.
The Full Frame Initiative (FFI) and its project partners believe that working to address violence and oppression must start with what is going well in communities, and lift up and build on existing strength and resilience. Together, your team members, the project partners and FFI will create a vibrant learning community, and will document what it takes to support a shift from crisis response and harm reduction to learning from success, and share these lessons and ‘findings’ across California and the country.
Please read the full opportunity description here. If you’re interested in applying to be one of the project’s teams, please submit your online application here. If you are interested in giving your employer or supervisor more information about what this opportunity entails, read the organizational support letter here.
For more information please contact Anna Melbin, FFI’s Director of Network Growth & Strategy.
