Our staff and allies provide presentations and consultation on how to identify, nurture, evaluate, and spread highly effective interventions. The Full Frame Initiative believes ending racism and advancing racial equity depends on increasing access to wellbeing — the needs and experiences essential in combination and balance to weather challenges and have health and hope. The United States is set up to make it easier for some people to have access to wellbeing than others, based on their race and ethnicity, sexual orientation and gender identity, disability status and other identities. Differences in access to wellbeing create differences in experiences and outcomes, and this perpetuates inequities. In particular, racism is a key part of what keeps inequity alive in the United States. Ending racism and other forms of oppression in our country depends on a broad and deep recognition that we all share a universal drive to wellbeing, we all have a right to wellbeing, and we all deserve a fair shot at wellbeing. FFI is an anti-racist organization committed to addressing issues of racial and social equity in all our work.
