Full Frame Initiative has a new look! It's still a work in progress, but the site will be totally fabulous soon!

SHIFT: From Short-Term Change to Lasting Wellbeing Through the Full Frame Approach

This toolkit was developed for the philanthropic community and other stakeholders interested in supporting long-term, sustainable change for people living at the intersection of poverty, violence, trauma and oppression. FFI created this resource through a collaborative effort with our partners in philanthropy and with four exemplary community-based nonprofit organizations in Greater Boston—Julie’s Family Learning Program (South Boston), On The Rise (Cambridge), REACH Beyond Domestic Violence (Waltham) and The Salasin Center of Western Massachusetts Training Consortium (Greenfield).

We look forward to keeping you up to date on the progress of our work. If you would prefer to be removed from our bimonthly e-newsletter mailing list, please select the opt-out button below. FFI does not share, rent, sell, or otherwise give our subscriber mailing list to third parties.

The system is rigged, and the solution isn’t just to create more programs for people harmed by these unfair systems. The solution is to reimagine these systems to make our country fairer and more equitable for everyone — which means ensuring that the places where we work, live, play and pray tap into people’s drive for wellbeing, instead of undermining wellbeing for some and enabling it for others.

    That’s what we do.
